Subspecialty Medical Retina
Reason for Adding Job Cataract Doctor retiring & Medical Retina Doctor relocating
Practice Management Full time Administrator
Relocation Bonus Offered Yes
Vacation/PTO 3 weeks 13 years; 4 weeks 3 years
Start Date TBD Open to timing
Annual Cataract Procedures 2500 95% in ASC
Est Surg Volume for this role (1000 within 2 years)
Hospital Call No
MD Experience Requirement Open to Residents Need to be able to adapt to 30 cases / week quickly
Compensation 35% collections w 1st year guarantee at 350K (PTO/ 401K/ Full Medical Dental)
ABOUT THE PRACTICE:
Practice Location El Paso TX lower than normal cost of living; Great appreciative patients good private schools; snow skiing 2 hours north; Excellent climate 297 days of sunshine per year and verage yearround temp of 80 degrees
