Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer with expertise in both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for implementing and managing our cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability reliability and security of our applications and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Design deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on both AWS and Azure platforms.
2. Implement best practices for cloud architecture security and operations.
3. Automate infrastructure provisioning configuration and deployment using tools like Terraform CloudFormation or ARM templates.
4. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing and deployment of applications.
5. Monitor system performance and reliability troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure high availability.
6. Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for cloud environments and improve scalability.
7. Implement and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes for deploying microservices.
8. Manage and optimize cloud costs including resource utilization and scaling strategies.
9. Stay uptodate with the latest cloud technologies trends and best practices.
10. Provide guidance and support to other team members on cloudrelated matters.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. AWS and Azure certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or equivalent.
2. Experience with serverless computing technologies like AWS Lambda Azure Functions or Google Cloud Functions.
3. Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments.
4. Familiarity with networking concepts and services in cloud environments.
5. Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible Chef or Puppet.

Skills

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS and Azure. Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Azure Monitor. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
