Job Title: FrontEnd Developer

Job Location: 100% Remote

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled FrontEnd Developer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining externalfacing portals or applications including microsites and landing pages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development using modern techniques and frameworks and experience in healthcare systems particularly Medicaid/MediCal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the frontend architecture and components for various web applications.
• Create and update microsites and landing pages with a focus on usability and user experience.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and implement usercentric solutions.
• Develop reference models of the enterprise identify gaps and create plans for transitioning to target architecture.
• Provide technical support and coordination to customers and IT project teams.
• Utilize modern frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g. HTML5 CSS3) for SharePoint and SaaS platforms.
• Conduct analysis and development in the context of Medicaid/MediCal and healthcare systems.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations standards and frameworks such as HIPAA and HITECH.
• Work with RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend and backend components.
• Participate in Agile and DevOps practices using tools like Jira for project management and Git/GitHub for version control.
• Continuously improve the user interface and user experience of web applications through iterative development and feedback.

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Experience:
   • Five (5) years of experience in system architecture development analysis programming or testing of externalfacing portals or applications that include microsites and/or landing pages.
   • Five (5) years of experience developing reference models of the enterprise; determining gaps between the current and target architecture and developing plans for transitioning to target architecture; and providing support and coordination to customers and IT project teams.
   • Five (5) years of experience in frontend web development and frontend configuration capabilities for SharePoint and SaaS technologies using modern techniques and frameworks (e.g. HTML5 CSS3 CSS frameworks).
   • Five (5) years of experience conducting analysis or development of the Medicaid/MediCal or HealthCare systems.
2. Education:
   • Possess a bachelors degree.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. API Development:
   • Experience developing and consuming webbased RESTful APIs; work in team environments that use various methodologies.
2. UI/UX Design:
   • Experience designing developing maintaining and updating the UI and UX. Experience in monitoring content workflow usage and effectiveness to accommodate software and business process changes.
3. Digital Workplace Tools:
   • Experience and knowledge of managing digital workplace tools and configuration management identity management and access management collaboration platforms and other cloudbased services.
4. Data Management:
   • Experience in data management enterprise system solutions. Knowledge of business process management workflow and integration methods and tools.
5. HealthCare Compliance:
   • Experience developing and maintaining applications that comply with HealthCare Regulations Standards and Frameworks including HIPAA HITECH and Privacy Practices.
6. Development Methodologies:
   • Experience with Agile and DevOps development methodologies. Experience with agile planning tools (e.g. Jira).
7. Collaboration and Version Control:
   • Experience collaborating and understanding application usage requirements workflows and features. Experience in using version control systems (e.g. Git and GitHub).
