Pricing Operations Analyst

MW Partners is currently seeking a Pricing Operations Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Collaborate with Pricing Operations team and other stakeholders to increase launch velocity reduce the overall endtoend timeline and boost launch volume.
• Coordinate and support operational aspects of the Volume and Scale product lifecycle including SKU creation facilitation of approvals for business strategy and pricing requests.
• Perform audits related to the standard launch process.
• Project planning to implement business decisions including key milestones and drive progress to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Work crossfunctionally and effectively communicate to all upstream/downstream stakeholders to ensure understanding of strategy project plan and impacts.
• Document crossfunctional process improvement and adoption of best practices (processes tools) to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation.
• Ad hoc operational requests including reporting and auditing of SKU and Pricing files to support product launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years of experience in an operational role prioritizing and managing projects with accuracy and diligence.
• Strong Visual Basic (VBA) and MS Excel development skills.
• Advanced knowledge and fluency with Excel Workfront Confluence/Wiki SAP SharePoint required.
• Experience driving processes and consistently meeting established key milestones.
• Strong process analysis skills to identify opportunities for optimization design solution and define implementation plan.
• Strong problemsolving skills to research and identify issues root cause and proposed resolution.
• Meticulous attention to detail analytical skills and auditing experience required.
• Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
• Experience creating training documentation/curriculum a plus.
