3. QUALIFICATION: Engg. Degree in Interior Designing / B.Arch.

4. EXPERIENCE: 5 TO 10 YEARS

5. SALARY: 500 to 700 Accommodation

6. OMAN DRIVING LICENSE PREFERED.

Job Description

• Excellent performance record in corporate interior design and Interior Fit out Jobs.

• Person should have experience in large scale projects preferably above 10000Sqm area.

• Person should have well versed with space planning and 3D designing

• He must be capable in understanding the views of the client in terms of traditional and contemporary designs.

• Knowledge in MEP Networking and BMS is preferred.

• He should capable in preparation of tenders and contracts.

• Work experience in ID consultancy/architect firm.

• Deep knowledge in interior related material and selection products.

• He should be having analytical skills.

• Knowledge in office furniture brands and technical detailing.

• Should have knowledge in green building concept and leedcertification requirements
