Clinical Laboratory Supervisor

We are hiring a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor for one of our clients in Lakewood WA.

Job Description:

• Directly hire support and supervise laboratory staff including Clinical/Medical Technologists and Laboratory Technicians who perform complex patient testing in the areas of Phlebotomy Hematology Chemistry Coagulation Immunochemistry Serology and Urinalysis
• Maintain quality control and quality management programs
• Communicate knowledgeably with medical providers nurses and administrators regarding laboratory and patient issues
• Perform all inspections and responses to maintain CAP/CMS Accreditation
• Manage supplies and equipment to keep laboratory operational.

Who should apply

• ASCP certification or equivalent and
• Masters* degree in Medical Technology or equivalent applicable laboratory field
• And 4 years of clinical chemical public health or related lab experience as a Lab Technician; 2 of these years in a lead capacity.
