Job Title: Backend Engineer

Salary Range: 2000 to 2700 USD

Schedule: US hours flexible

About the Client
We are well capitalized by top tier crypto VCs and are growing exponentially (30% MoM). We currently have 300k users with average session times of 3 hours. You will be joining a founding team that is small but talented. We have leaders and builders who have industry leading experience working in both AI and crypto at companies like Meta Apple L1s and other dApps. We are looking for backend engineers to develop and scale up our infrastructure to build a highly performant system.

Responsibilities:

• Designing developing and maintaining product features using a Go and Python backend.
• Knowledgeable about optimizing databases and building out large scale performance systems.
• Optimize performance and implement best practices to ensure future scalability.
• Manage projects and ensure that they are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards
• Ensuring that our software systems are scalable reliable and maintainable

• Passion about building in generative AI and interest in crypto
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• 5 years backend experience including working in a highly scalable environment with complex release workflows
• Experience with Python and Go
• Experience and strong interest in AI e.g.: to speed up application development
• Extensive experience building out distributed systems
• Proven ability to work in both rapid prototyping mode and to ship/maintain largescale products
