As a Senior Digital Analyst you will:

• Be part of 1 or 2 product teams closely involved in the further development and optimization of the product.
  
• Conduct analyses and create dashboards to identify opportunities and conduct further research with UX researchers.
  
• Provide the product team with the necessary information to build new functionalities or optimize current ones and validate this through A/B testing.
  
• Collaborate with web developers product owners UX researchers UX designers and scrum masters within the product teams.
  
• Undertake overarching projects with fellow analysts for the Commercial Platform department and work with the Marketing department on various projects like implementing new tooling building visualizations or models and setting up KPI dashboards.
  
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming questions lead Digital Analytics related (scrum) rituals motivate team members to excel and stimulate team spirit within the team of Digital Analysts.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• HBO/WO working and thinking level.
  
• At least 7 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in Google Analytics (4) (implementations and use).
  
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (clientside & serverside) GA4 export schema in BigQuery (SQL) Google Cloud (Cloud functions App Engine and potentially Data form) Python for Data Analysis (including Pandas) and Power BI.
  
• Experience with Data bricks & SiteSpect is an advantage.

• Present analyses convincingly and positively to stakeholders including those who are less datasavvy.
  
• Set up crossdepartmental CRO programs in collaboration with POs.
