Job Description
Job Description: Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) at Craegmoor/Priory Group Ltd
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Craegmoor/Priory Group Ltd. This position will provide direct care to individuals with mental health issues as well as provide leadership and support to other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of patients mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care including medication administration psychological interventions and crisis management.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plan accordingly.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Administering and maintaining a record of all prescribed medication
- Checking for infection bedsores and wounds in the patient
- Educating and advising Caregivers in the household
