What you'll do
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to grow the company's revenue.
- Identify key opportunities and potential partnerships with sports venues, governmental agencies, real estate developers, property managers, and related stakeholders.
Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in the sports sector
Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiation processes, addressing concerns and objections to secure partnerships.
- Close deals and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the sports industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for targeted stakeholders
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new sports facilities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sports venues, governmental agencies, real estate developers, property managers, and related stakeholders
- Address client needs and feedback to enhance the partnership experience.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to the management team.
Who you are
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Experience with account management and building relationships
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with sports industry and passion for sports is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
