IT Infrastructure Manager

Hiire is helping Secil find their next IT Infrastructure Manager to support them in their IT Department. They are undergoing a digital transformation process and need your help to move towards technological excellence!

Do what you do best:

• Managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure to ensure maximum efficiency and security;

• Leading innovative projects to implement and update systems in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams;

• Coordinating the IT team of the Outsourcer contract based on ITIL and ensuring impeccable collaboration with suppliers and technology partners;

• Developing and implementing IT policies that propel Secil into the digital future.

Youll bring with you:

• Academic background in IT Computer Engineering Management or related fields;

• Experience in managing Outsourcer contracts based on ITIL (helpdesk servers and networks);

• Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server Desktop and Linux) and LAN/WAN networks;

• Experience in Cloud Office 365 including Exchange Online and security solutions;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager Azure Active Directory and communication platforms such as Teams;

• Ability to automate processes using tools such as Power BI Pro and Power Automate;

• Familiarity with additional services such as OneDrive for Business Forms and Planner;

• Experience in managing Microsoft licensing and AWS subscriptions;

• Fluency in Portuguese and English;

• Ability to solve problems proactively with a customer focus;

• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills;

• Adaptability and ability to learn.
