Demand Planning Director

Our client is a leading company in the food industry focused on healthy productsundergoing significant transformation. We are currently looking for a skilled and driven individual to join as the new Planning Director.

Position Objectives

This role will be pivotal in shaping the strategic planning and transformation of our clients business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction execution of transformation projects and impact assessment to drive business growth and efficiency.

One of the key points is to ensurethe implementation optimization execution and continuous improvement of the processes ofcompany planning (Demand Planning Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning S&OP) with a transversal approach and in collaboration with the rest of the departmentsinvolved to optimize the supply chain in terms of servicestability flexibility working capital/inventories logistics and obsolescence costs andsaturation of productive capacity.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for business transformation.
  • Identify areas of improvement and growth within the organization.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee the execution of transformation projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure cohesive execution of transformation plans.
• Impact Assessment:
  • Analyze the impact of transformation initiatives on business performance.
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and effectiveness.
• Business Process Owner:
  • Business Process Owner of all manufacturing planning processes
  company: Forecasting of primary and secondary demands in the short/medium/long term.

Skills and Knowledge

• Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Demand Planning Managerin a factory environment focusing onbusiness transformation.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and crossfunctional teams.
• Key Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
