Job Description

Get to know Work With Island

Work With Island designs and manufactures soundproof cabins for new workspaces. Having worked in shared spaces we understand their limitations: few places to isolate oneself and meeting rooms often monopolized. It is to provide this moment of serenity and productivity that Work With Island was born. We produce in France using recycled and recyclable materials cabins for 1 to 4 people that can be set up in less than 30 minutes.

As part of our rapid growth Work With Island is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Ops team.

Reporting to Camille our Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator your role will involve organizing and ensuring the commercial relationship with our clients and service providers.

Main responsabilities:

As a true multitasker you will work daily with the Sales and Ops teams on the following missions:

  • Order Management (ecommerce and B2B sales): creating customer profiles recording customer orders and generating purchase orders.
  • Delivery Tracking: organizing deliveries managing service providers monitoring stocks planning customer deliveries and handling customer service.
  • Customer Followup: ensuring customer satisfaction contacting customers in case of incidents.
  • Coordinating and managing service providers.
  • AfterSales Service Management: conducting diagnostics entering service tickets in the ERP scheduling interventions and dispatching the correct references.
  • Invoicing: sending invoices followups and managing any billing disputes.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and functionality in the ERP (Netsuite): entering new customers processing quote entries.
