Java Developer - Metromet Contracting WLL IT Business Division

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 8 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency with Docker for containerization.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure for cloud computing.
• Handson experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficient in frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript Angular React).
• Solid understanding of software development principles design patterns and best practices.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with micro services architecture.
• Experience with API gateway.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
