Job Description
Sr. IT Project Manager (Financial or Payment Experience) Direct Hire
Stratfield is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to join our client a financial payment processing company. A qualified candidate will have a strong background managing enterprise technical projects within the financial or payment processing domain have a formal certification (PMP/Prosci/Lean Six Sigma/etc) and years of experience leading large cross functional projects. A qualified candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment with limited processes in place.
This is a direct hire position that will be a remote with up to 25% travel. Candidates must be local to the US. Sorry sponsorship is not available for this position.

What is required:
- 5 years of experience leading enterprise IT projects with experience leading financial or payment processing implementations or development.
- A BS Degree is highly preferred.
- Professional Certification (PMP Prosci Lean Six Sigma etc).
- Strong experience working with cross functional teams and multiple workstreams.
- Change management/business transformation experience.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience creating project processes and documents.
- Excellent communication skills.
