Job Description

Location: Remote (Orlando/FL based candidates are preferred)

Type: 3 months contract on W2 (30 hrs/week Thu Fri Sat Sun)

Rate: $14.56/hr on W2

Qualifications:

  • Web applications
  • Webbased research process
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service skills
  • 1 years of employment experience
  • 1 full year of college from an accredited school or equivalent experience
  • An entrylevel clerical support position requiring familiarity with data entry and keyboard functions.
  • Passion for data.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and adhoc requests.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Spreadsheet experience.
  • Experience of Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing business environment

Responsibilities:

  • Review Data for deficiencies or errors correct any incompatibilities and check output
  • Review process and complete multiple background screenings daily
  • Compare screening information to multiple forms of identification for accuracy
  • Compile sort and verify the accuracy of information to prepare source data for entry into CRM
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Support Sales Operations team and Marketing team with daily tasks. May enter data into formatted or unformatted screens and/or documents.
  • Performs routine data entry functions and assists with simple formatting tasks following established policies.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Review process and complete multiple background screenings daily
  • Compare screening information to multiple forms of identification for accuracy
  • Research and analyze information received regarding detailed records and documents
  • Manage ongoing case files by utilizing various research methods
  • Maintain effective record keeping and note taking
  • Carefully manage confidential and sensitive information daily
  • Guarantee assigned goals are met
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to all involved parties including registrants clients and courts

NOTES FROM HIRING MANAGER

This is a remote position but the team will give preference to those in Orlando

  • There may be opportunities for extension but these positions are to help cover the busy season for the Golf Channel
  • There will be a 30 day training period where candidates will be expected to work MF during normal business hours. After the training period candidates will be expected to work nights and weekends but they are able to somewhat choose their schedules (as long as they can work that schedule on a consistent basis)
  • The role will require about 30 hours per week
  • Some roles that may be a good fit include bank tellers office managers paralegals someone who has worked in medical scheduling/records.
