Product Specialist Senior 4-7 Years

This is a remote position.

We are on a journey to optimize and improve our infrastructure and application operations and stability of service. We have 25000 servers in our global data centers (Sweden US Singapore China) and a large footprint in the Cloud (GCP Alibaba Azure) To ensure service availability we heavily invest in Operational Observability based on standardized Data Collection Data Insight and Analytics. We need to expand our team with an experienced engineer to support the ongoing optimization and improvement of our Event Management and Observability implementation.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist:

IT consultant will work with a team of engineers on the design and operations of the Event Management solution used at our organization. The solution is based on Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) with integration to ServiceNow for incident registration.
The consultant will work with the team to improve integrations to ServiceNow ensure quality in the Event Management process stability of the service knowledge sharing and presentations.
