Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations handling inquiries making bookings and confirming room availability.
- Interact with guests via phone email and inperson addressing reservation inquiries changes and cancellations.
- Assist guests during checkin and checkout ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns.
- Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous and welcoming demeanor.
