As we continue to grow we are seeking an experienced recruiting manager with ATS programing and onboarding experience to join our team and enhance our recruitment processes. We currently use ZoHo Recruit ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment operations by leveraging the capabilities of our ATS system and onboarding processes. This role involves configuring customizing and optimizing Zoho Recruit to streamline our recruitment workflows improve candidate management and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
ATS Administration: Configure and customize to meet the specific needs of our staffing and recruiting operations. Ensure the platform is set up to support seamless recruitment workflows.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes using our tools and ATS. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce timetohire.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate and client records within our systems. Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to recruitment staff on the effective use of our ATS Google Suites and other tools. Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding by ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed. Provide Full Cycle Recruiters with an overview and training on Zoho Recruit and Google Workspace tools ensuring they are fully equipped to begin their roles. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Reporting and Analytics: update and create reporting and analytics features to track key recruitment metrics. Generate reports and provide insights to inform decisionmaking and strategy.
Integration Management: Manage the integration of Zoho Recruit our tools with other tools and platforms used by the company such as job boards social media and CRM systems.
Troubleshooting: Address any issues or challenges that arise with ATS Zoho Recruit. Provide timely resolutions and implement preventive measures to avoid future problems.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by leveraging Zoho Recruit s features to communicate effectively and manage candidate interactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting with at least 2 years of handson experience working with and modifying ATS systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing Zoho Recruit ATS systems. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and workflows.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to train and support staff at various levels of technical proficiency.
ProblemSolving Skills: Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Must be located in the Philippines. This is a remote job.
