Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and resultsoriented SpanishSpeaking Sales Representative to join our onsite team in Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities managing client relationships and meeting sales targets. This position is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in sales who are eager to advance their careers in the software industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and product knowledge to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish (native or nearnative level) is essential.
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication and training purposes.
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
