Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proficient B2 Level German Speaking Content Moderator to join our vibrant team in Porto. As a Content Moderator you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of our clients platforms by monitoring usergenerated content and ensuring compliance with community guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate usergenerated content in German language across various online platforms.
• Identify and address content that violates community guidelines including but not limited to offensive language hate speech and inappropriate imagery.
• Utilize internal tools and resources to accurately assess and categorize content according to predefined criteria.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate complex issues and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content moderation to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German language at B2 level or above is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
