The Role
In this remote Customer Support role based in Athens youll be the friendly voice (and email!) for our Germanspeaking customers. Youll play a vital role in ensuring their experience is smooth and positive providing topnotch support through inbound calls in both German and English.

- Monthly base salary: 1250 EUR gross per 14 months (17500 EUR per annum)
- Performance Bonus: 10% monthly
- Meal Allowance (net): 3 EUR per day (Year 1) and 6 EUR per day (Year 2)
