Job Description
Are you an innovative creator with a passion for shaping unforgettable digital experiences We are seeking an Experience Designer who believes in breaking down hierarchical barriers to foster a culture of trust and creativity. As an Experience Designer you elevate the design craft to consistently and effectively work across of the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
As an Experience Designer you have a shared responsibility for the customer experience across all digital and omniexperience touch points. You will sit within the Digital Experience Product team a crosscompetent team consisting of both business and tech competence and report to the Product Manager. You are a collaborator with the customer and business at heart who is used to collaborate across competence as well as with multiple stakeholders.
As an Experience Designer you are responsible for a set of activities including:
- Designing for all endusers on all digital and omniexperience touch points.
Responsible for communicating customer and user needs in product context. - Conducting initial customer research and mapping customer journeys.
- Defining future visions based on customer insights business goals & KPIs plus technical possibilities.
- Setting user experience metrics together with the product team.
- Ensuring that design follows applicable design libraries and is connected to the Fabric Design System.
- Defining intuitive flows delivering clear wireframes interaction design and low and highfidelity prototypes.
- Facilitating design sprints and workshops.
- Overall advocating Customercentered design solutions.
Qualifications
- Ability to simplify complexity and facilitate collaborative workshops (e.g. Design Sprints) with stakeholders.
- Ability to utilize data for decisionmaking and collaborate with analytics and A/B testers.
- Ability in translating qualitative and quantitative customer data into actionable insights.
- Lean UX Methods moving from idea to code as fast as possible.
- Applying usercentered design principles problemsolving design thinking and design strategy.
- Iteratively testing solutions with customer to improve designs. Agile customer insights.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma Miro and User Zoom for user testing.
- Conducting trend analysis benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Possessing knowledge of the retail industry customer journey and customer lifetime value.
