Job Description

As a Remote Italian Speaking Travel Agent you will be responsible for assisting Italianspeaking clients with their travel needs. Your primary duties will include:

• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service via phone email and chat to Italianspeaking clients.
• Travel Planning: Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements including flights accommodations transportation and activities.
• Sales: Promoting and selling travel packages tours and services that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.
• ProblemSolving: Addressing and resolving any travelrelated issues or concerns that clients may encounter before during or after their trips.
• Documentation: Ensuring all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.
• Research: Keeping uptodate with the latest travel trends destinations and industry news to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and at least a B2 level of English.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customercentric attitude.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using computers the internet and various travel booking software.
• Experience: Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus but not necessary. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
