Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Partner to join our team. The Client Partner will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role involves strategic planning business development and delivering exceptional service to drive client satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients building and maintaining strong longlasting relationships. Understand clients business goals strategies and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling. Strategic Planning and Consulting:
- Develop strategic account plans for each client to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Provide clients with strategic advice and insights to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Work with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for potential new clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Client Advocacy:
- Act as an advocate for clients within the company ensuring their voice is heard in product development and service delivery discussions.
- Gather and relay client feedback to relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management account management or a related role.
