Musthave skills: 2 y of exp as a User Experience Designer; exp with Figma
PREFERRED : exp as BA or Process Analyst or exp with Salesforce; energy exp
Or
3 y of exp as UX Designer; design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar
PREFERRED : exp in the utility industry or with energyrelated applications HTML CSS JavaScript.

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:
Experience as a UX Designer and strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and demonstrating usercentered design principles (3 years).
Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Bachelors degree in UX Design HumanComputer Interaction Graphic Design or a related field.

Preferred:
Experience in the utility industry or with energyrelated applications.
Experience in frontend development languages such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement usercentered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Present design solutions and research findings to stakeholders clearly articulating design rationale and setting realistic expectations.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the user experience.
Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and best practices across all digital products.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
