Our Client is a rapidly growing company in the solar industry dedicated to advancing solar energy through innovative solutions in construction manufacturing and cloud technology. As part of our dynamic team you will play a critical role in managing and executing programs that drive our mission forward.

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Program Managers with strong backgrounds in supply chain and manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing programs within construction manufacturing solar and cloud environments consistently meeting milestones and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple programs simultaneously ensuring they align with the companys strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain program plans schedules and budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering manufacturing supply chain and finance to ensure seamless program execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and drive continuous improvement within programs.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization from team members to executive leadership ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the program team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in program management with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing programs in construction manufacturing solar and cloud environments.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• PMP PgMP or other relevant certifications.
• Experience working in a fastgrowing startup environment.
• Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry trends.
