Job Description
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies through agency channels to achieve health insurance sales targets. This includes recruiting training and managing insurance agents fostering relationships with agency partners and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Designation: Business Manager Health Insurance Agency vertical
Location: Delhi NCR Chandigarh & Jalandhar (Punjab)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
- 2 years in sales within the health insurance industry with a track record of managing sales teams and agency channels.
- Leadership communication data analysis CRM proficiency and knowledge of health insurance products and regulations.
- Age maximum 40
- Regional language (Punjabi) is mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Agency Management: Recruit train and support insurance agents.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and report to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulations.
