Position: Service Now ITSM
Location: Hyderabad Bangalore Pune and Inodre
Job Type: Fulltime
Work Type: Onsite
Job Description:
- Should have expertise across the platform with all ITSM modules worked.
- Scripting expertise ( Business rules client and server side Scripting )
- Workflow editor / Flow designer expertise( handled more complex flows)
- Atleast 23 Automation use cases.
- Integration exp ( using Rest/SOAP WebService APIs)
- Should have atleast 2years of CSM exp.
