Job title: Sr. Officer/ Assistant Manager Sales.
Aboutthe role:
Handling the meetings with B2C & B2B clients
To appoint new dealers
To generate new leads through architects dealers etc. and convert into orders.
Responsibilities:
Managing architects & key accounts.
Develop architect relationship from a long term perspective and developing B2C & B2B sales in the area
To achieve the sales targets assigned for the region
To gather sufficient information about the competitors in the market
To prepare timely reports in CRM and to have up to date pipeline/order/inquiry bank
Should be able to close the orders with good contribution margins and comply to the payment terms
Should maintain good coordination with all the key stakeholders for closing a prospective orders.
Candidate requirements:
Graduate/ post graduate in any discipline
3 to 6 years of experience from the building materials industry. Experience of working with architects builders dealers developers & Govt departments
Proficiency in Languages read/ write/ speak (English/Kannada)
Decision making communication skills presentation & negotiation skills fast learner passion for sales computer proficiency.
Willing to travel to the potential areas for site meetings and field mapping
Should have excellent account management skills teamwork and result oriented
