Job Title: IT Risk Manager

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT risk management policies procedures and frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in IT systems.
• Monitor and analyze IT risk trends and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with IT cybersecurity and business teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain IT risk management documentation including risk registers and reports.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT risk management practices and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits related to IT risk and security.
• Respond to and manage IT security incidents including investigation and resolution.
• Stay uptodate with the latest developments in IT risk management cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT risk management cybersecurity or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and standards such as ISO 27001 NIST GDPR and others.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex IT risk concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM CISSP CRISC or equivalent are highly desirable.
