Overview

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
• Write efficient reusable and reliable Python code
• Integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic using Django
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks
• Design and create RESTful APIs for various applications
• Implement security and data protection
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic
• Conduct software and system testing
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Deploy applications on AWS and maintain cloud infrastructure
• Participate in code review and team knowledge sharing
• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems
• Stay updated with emerging technologies
• Work on continuous improvement of the development process and tools
• Assist in technical support and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role
• Strong understanding of Python and its core principles
• Proficiency with Django and Flask frameworks
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Handson experience with AWS services and deployment
• Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Excellent problemsolving skills and analytical thinking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Keen attention to detail and focus on quality
