Job Description
Role: Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
Location: Gurgaon
Model : 6 days working (MonFriday WFO Saturday WFO)
Exp : 13 yrs
Looking for Immediate Joiners only
Skills Required:
Proficiency in sourcing candidates using Naukri and other platforms
Ability to manage endtoend recruitment process
Experience in client relationship management
Strong skills in calling and screening candidates
Responsibilities:
Utilize Naukri and other relevant platforms to source candidates
Conduct fullcycle recruitment including screening interviewing and hiring
Manage client relationships understand their hiring needs and provide solutions
Conduct candidate calls and screenings to assess qualifications and fit
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks
