Job Description

Overview

The US IT Recruiter plays a crucial role in our organization by identifying and recruiting top IT talent to meet the companys staffing needs. They are responsible for sourcing screening and presenting qualified candidates for various technical positions within the company. The US IT Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers and oversees the entire recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of highcaliber IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications
  • Present and negotiate job offers with potential candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and communication
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract IT talent
  • Conduct reference and background checks for potential hires
  • Adhere to all legal and compliance requirements throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or IT staffing specialist
  • Strong understanding of IT terminology roles and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume recruitment environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus
  • Experience in technical screening and assessment methods
