Navigate Your Career Path: Insights into the Role

Be part of our client s team as a B2B Sales Specialist engaging with global suppliers vendors and ports within the cruise industry. You will drive sales through remote channels nurturing client relationships managing leads and meeting ambitious sales targets across international markets.


Employment type: Full time
Shift: 1 pm 9 pm Skopje time
Work setup: Remote


Captain Your Sales Journey: Duties at Sea

  • Engage with suppliers vendors and ports within the global cruise industry.
  • Introduce our advertising products to potential clients through remote communication channels like Teams phone calls and emails.
  • Initiate contact with suppliers vendors and ports to promote our print and web advertising opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and presentation of our advertising solutions.
  • Utilize provided leads and actively follow up on new leads generated through our lead generation system.
  • Manage client interactions across North America Europe Asia and Australia adapting sales strategies as per regional requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective pipeline management.


Requirements

Crew Credentials: Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in advertising sales preferably in maritime or cruise industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in remote sales techniques and virtual presentations.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
  • Flexibility to accommodate global time zones and occasional travel.
