As a AVD and MCD Senior Engineer you will:

• Expertly manage MAC devices using Intune Cloud Managed Workplace.
  
• Deploy language settings to the AVD environment to localize images to native languages.
  
• Manage and monitor the AVD through the native Azure portal and Azure Monitor configuring Azure Insights for host pool utilization and monitoring.
  
• Create host pools and different scaling plans according to requirements configuring Group Policies Windows updates and application updates.
  
• Design implement and maintain the EndUser Computing (EUC) infrastructure and Cloud Managed Workplace platforms.
  
• Configure FSLogix for new host pools with group policy creating policies for new application openings and firewall configurations.
  
• Automate the application installation process during image creation.
  
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell Python or other relevant tools to streamline EUC management tasks.
  
• Align with customer Product Owners teams for roadmap and strategy.
  
• Offer technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project delivery of EUCrelated projects.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation of the EUC infrastructure including configuration troubleshooting and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with the Customer Architect team to enhance modern ways of working.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10 years of experience in managing and implementing EUC infrastructure and Cloud Managed Workplace platforms.
  
• Proficiency in managing MAC devices using Intune Cloud Managed Workplace.
  
• Experience in language deployment to the AVD environment for localizing images.
  
• Strong skills in managing and monitoring AVD through Azure Portal and Azure Monitor including configuring Azure Insights.
  
• Ability to create host pools scaling plans and configure Group Policies Windows updates and application updates.
  
• Expertise in configuring FSLogix and creating related policies.
  
• Proficiency in automating application installations and developing automation scripts using PowerShell Python or other relevant tools.
  
• Experience working with customer Product Owners teams for roadmap and strategy alignment.
  
• Technical expertise in offering guidance for successful project delivery.
  
• Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of EUC infrastructure.
