Job Description
- Identify and source opportunities for bidding on projects or contracts in the market.
- Proactively engage potential customers and leads, cultivating relationships to convert them into valuable clients.
- Lead the creation of technical, sophisticated, comprehensive, and competitive bids or proposals.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including sales, marketing, technical experts, and finance, to gather essential bid information.
- Ensure timely bid submissions in compliance with client requirements.
- Evaluate potential bid-related risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Review and edit proposal content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client needs.
- Ensure all bidding activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the bidding process, addressing queries and providing additional information as needed.
- Evaluate bid outcomes, analyzing both successful and unsuccessful bids to enhance future strategies.
