What will you do As District Manager (SoCal) youll drive results and oversee store operations within your district. Reporting to the V.P. of stores youll develop and lead a team of managers fostering a culture of inclusivity and high performance. Youll be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction maximizing productivity and achieving profitability. Plus youll play a key role in building our social media presence across Instagram Facebook and TikTok.

• Lead and develop a diverse team providing coaching and mentorship.
• Drive sales performance and exceed targets through innovative strategies.
• Ensure a great customer experience by engaging with customers and building relationships within the community.
• Oversee recruitment onboarding training and development of team members.
• Manage store operations including inventory loss prevention and visual presentation.
• Monitor and engage with social media posts guiding and inspiring as needed.
• Drive additional revenue in stores and build customer loyalty through monthly events.

What will you need

• Minimum 7 years of retail management experience including 3 years in district management.
• Resides in the Los Angeles Market and able to travel locally up to 80% of the time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a consultative selling culture.
• Basic video and social media posting skills.
• Highly analytical with excellent problemsolving abilities.
• Proven track record of talent development and team leadership.
• Innovative proactive and handson approach to business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule.
