Estimator Project Manager

This Position Requires:

Education: Industryrelated college degree is preferred; however an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Technology: Familiarity with computers and most general software Proficient in all (MS Office) programs scheduling and estimating software (MS Project Bluebeam).

Skills: Solid leadership and client relations are required. Conflict resolution analytical capacities and extensive construction knowledge are critical. Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry practices should round out your skill set.

Experience: At least ten (10) years of construction experience is preferred including five (5) years of estimating experience. Candidate should have a proven history of leading developing and mentoring successfully.
