Job Description
Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant
Location: Decatur GA 30033
Start Date: August 2024
Duration: 12 Months
Shift Schedule: 40 hrs / week (Sunday through Saturday) Rotational shifts
Responsibilities:
- Collect organize record and communicate in a meaningful way data relevant to behavioral health and medical assessments.
- Identify medical conditions that warrant medical treatment and notify the nurse.
- Assess the physicalpsychosocial health status of patients and family based upon the knowledge of growth and development patterns and health conditions that require medical management.
- Provide individual and family counseling guidance and health instruction to help patients understand how to prevent disease and maintain good physical and mental health.
Qualification:
- License: Current Valid CNA license in any state of USA.
- Certifications: BLS / CPR / AED
- Experience: Must have at least 1 years of direct patient care experience within the last 2 years.
