Ariba B&I TL / Cloud Customer Service Details:
B&I TL Catalogs:
- Responsible for driving and influencing technical design decisions for various SAP solutions across various functions.
- Responsible for downstream (Buying & Invoicing) modules and related technologies supporting the Source to Pay organizations.
- Work very closely with Functional Customer Procurement and IT teams to understand the requirements and design build SAP Ariba solutions.
- Providing support to business as they migrate new suppliers and business processes to Ariba. This includes configuration testing of processes and resolving technical issues.
- Build proofsofconcept (POC) for potential new solutions and technology.
- Create and present technical design including data analysis to business team and seek feedback to influence solution design and approach.
- Handson experience in SAP Ariba downstream modules and SAP systems experience are required.
- Experienced in Procure to Pay process in Ariba.
- Ariba Integration experience with cXML Proxies IDOCs Webservices and using CIG CPI.
- Proficient in calling Ariba APIs using CPI/middleware for reporting.
- Experienced with supplier integration and related issues.
- Highly experienced in catalog administration. Setting up Ariba Punchout and CIF catalogs.
- Enable procurement of materials/services from supplierhosted catalogs.
- Assists supplier with catalog setup testing and troubleshooting.
- Answers supplier questions related to the requirements.
- Conducts catalog enablementrelated trainings for identified suppliers.
- Helps and guides the supplier in the creation of buyer requested catalog projects.
- Exposure to other finance business process areas including Accounts Payable GL Accounting and Tax is a plus.
- Expert in creation of Service request and Incident tickets with Ariba and working with Ariba support teams.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Ariba B&I and 3 endtoend implementations
- Excellent presentation written and communication skills
- Knowledge of Ariba solutions/services
- Program and customer relationship management experience
- Strong technical and integration skills
