The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Chemistry Teacher to join our dynamic Science Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering highquality Chemistry education to students across Key Stages 3 4 and 5. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and engage students with the wonders of Chemistry in a supportive and forwardthinking school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Chemistry.
  • Assess monitor and report on student progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have a proven track record of successful teaching in a secondary school setting.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to student achievement and wellbeing.
  • Be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Show willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
