Job Description
Praja Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer to join our innovative technology team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in web development technologies including JavaScript/JQuery HTML5 and REST API coupled with a proficient background in SAP Fiori/SAP UI5 and the SAP Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance UI5 components utilizing the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Engage in full lifecycle development from analysis and planning to development and deployment ensuring robust integration with both SAP and nonSAP backend systems.
Uphold coding standards and adhere to best practices by performing regular code reviews and preparing technical specification documents.
Collaborate closely with functional teams to optimize solutions during the analysis phase including rapid prototyping and wireframe development in SAP BTP/Business Application Studio.
Drive custom development efforts in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 focusing on OData integrations and enhancements.
Design and deliver complex Fiori applications including analytical apps involving graphs and charts leveraging standard services/libraries available on the SAP Cloud Platform.
Analyze business and functional requirements to devise detailed development plans tasks and estimates.
Contribute to project and team priorities influence project scopes and provide innovative solutions to meet objectives efficiently.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development including custom development and configuration.
Proficiency in SAP ABAP development and a strong understanding of OData services.
Experience with SAP Business Application Studio and SAP Cloud Platform.
Previous involvement in SAP Portal area is advantageous.
Proven ability to prepare comprehensive documentation including SPS Docs Unit Test documents and delivery of objects as per requested SLA.
