We are seeking a talented and experienced Inside Sales Analyst Founder s Office to join our team

Job Title: Inside Sales Analyst Founder s Office

In this role you will be responsible for qualifying leads nurturing and onboarding them and educating potential clients about our products and services. You will provide exceptional customer support and assistance to ensure they are satisfied.
The ideal candidate should be customercentric enjoy interacting and engaging with clients possess excellent communication skills can multitask well and be keen to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
You must demonstrate a constant curiosity and willingness to push your boundaries.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our products/services can help them.
  • Educate potential clients on our products/services and how they can benefit their business or personal finance needs.
  • Manage and nurture a lead pipeline to ensure prompt followup and closure.
  • Conduct market research and represent the company at industry events and gatherings to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with clients by engaging with them through phone chat and email to provide excellent support and assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and collaborate with other teams to handle complex queries ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer success and provide solutions that meet their needs including identifying opportunities to upsell/crosssell to existing clients.
  • Maintain a regular feedback loop with product and design teams to convey client feedback and recommendations for product improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records using our CRM system.

Requirements
  • 02 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills especially in English both verbal and written
  • Confident and persuasive with the ability to close sales.
  • Interest in speaking with customers and empathy to help resolve their issues
  • Ability to handle objections and escalations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
