The Luxury Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with highend clientele. They are responsible for representing luxury products providing exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with highnetworth individuals and VIP clients
- Promote and sell luxury products to potential customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide personalized customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience
- Stay updated with the latest luxury trends and products
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs related to luxury brands
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote luxury products
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases
- Contribute to the overall ambiance and visual merchandising of the luxury retail space
- Stay knowledgeable about competitor products and pricing
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in luxury sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of luxury products and their unique selling points
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and nurture longterm relationships with affluent clients
