Job Description

Overview

As a Senior Manager Finance you will play a vital role in driving the financial strategy and success of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting budgeting forecasting and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This position is crucial for ensuring the financial health and stability of the company as well as identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes
  • Develop and monitor financial budgets and forecasts
  • Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field. MBA or CPA preferred
  • Proven experience (10 years) in financial management and analysis
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in finance and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic planning and decisionmaking capabilities
  • Ability to drive and lead change initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and financial acuity
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
