Accounts Executive

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to management
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining general ledger
• Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns
• Communicating with clients vendors and internal departments
• Assisting in the implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Supporting audits by providing necessary documentation and information

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
