Overview

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert care to critically ill patients in the ICU including managing complex medical cases and emergencies
• Oversee and manage critical care treatment plans and interventions
• Utilize advanced medical knowledge and clinical skills to diagnose and treat patients
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct patient assessments monitor vital signs and make timely and informed decisions regarding patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients their families and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Participate in educational initiatives and mentorship programs for medical staff and trainees
• Contribute to clinical research quality improvement and protocol development in critical care
• Adhere to established protocols guidelines and best practices in critical care medicine
• Participate in oncall duties and provide expert consultations as needed
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care medicine and apply evidencebased practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards safety protocols and ethical guidelines
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree in Critical Care Medicine or related specialty
• Board certification or eligibility in Critical Care Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice as an Intensivist in Rajasthan
• Demonstrated experience in providing critical care services in a hospital setting
• Proven expertise in managing complex medical cases and emergencies in the ICU
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent decisionmaking skills in critical care scenarios
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team and interact with patients and families
• Ability to work effectively in highpressure environments and prioritize patient care needs
• Commitment to ongoing professional development education and staying abreast of advancements in critical care medicine
• Adherence to ethical standards patient confidentiality and professional conduct
