IT Project manager Intern

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining project scope goals and deliverables
• Coordinate project resources including internal team members and thirdparty vendors
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Support project budgeting and cost tracking
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and workshops
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
• Assist in quality assurance and testing activities
• Participate in postproject evaluation and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
• Previous internship or academic projects in IT project management
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Selfmotivated and proactive attitude
