Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
1. Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels
2. Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches
3. Analyze the market trend for products development and do market research.
4. Planning & execution of market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.
5. Focus on increased Productivity
6. Marketing and enchasing catchment areas
7. Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property
8. Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance
9. Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit Legal Technical RCU & Operations
10. Understand credit analysis Personal discussion with client for business understanding. Coordinate for
credit risk assessment.
11. Coordinate for legal documentation disbursement.
12. Postdisbursement monitoring ensure performance monitoring maintaining portfolio quality
13. Relationship management with the client / dealers.
14. Ensure collection of dues from the customers and also to help and monitor the payment from the company
15. Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
16. Ensuring Top Class service for Customers.
